The 2020 virtual giving tree

The season of giving is upon us, and unfortunately you will not see the Faith Giving Tree in our Lobby this year because of Covid-19. But we are switching gears this year to a Virtual Giving Tree to continue our annual tradition of supporting children, families, and friends in our community who are in need. We will give specific gifts to recipients at Atlantic Street Center, Echo Glen, Tent City 4, and Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank.

  • Atlantic street center

Atlantic Street Center is a non-profit agency begun by the Methodist Church in Seattle which serves minority families in King County. This year our gifts will support their Teen As Parent (TAPP) Program and Kinship Care Program through requested books and gift cards.

  • echo glen children's center

Echo Glen Children's Center is in Snoqualmie and does educational services for incarcerated teens. In the past, we have delivered your Giving-Tree gifts to Echo Glen, but this year, due to Covid-19 pandemic, we ask that the gifts be purchased through Amazon and shipped directly to Echo Glen.

  • Tent city 4

Tent City 4 is an Eastside homeless encampment that our Church is currently hosting! We have also invited them to our annual Christmas dinner at the Church. We would like to support them with $50 gift cards from Fred Meyer. The cards can be mailed directly to Faith Church or dropped off at the office.

  • issaquah food and clothing bank

Faith Church has a long-standing relationship with the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank. In the past years IFCB has had their Holiday Gift Barn setup at the Pickering Barn. However, due to Covid-19, the Gift Barn will not be setup this year. Instead they are asking for $25 gift cards from local businesses. Sign up to supply a gift card on FaithOnline and deliver the card to the church office.
