Seven Principles for making Marriage work

A weekend workshop for couples seeking to improve friendship, enhance intimacy, manage conflict, and solve problems.

About the workshop

This is a research-based program that offers tools proven to help couples improve friendship, enhance intimacy, manage conflict constructively, and gain skills to solve problems. It includes both presentations and time for couples to complete exercises privately. Participants will not share personal problems in front of others.

It is an appropriate workshop for all couples from thinking-about-marriage to married-for-decades, who wish to enhance their relationships. It is not appropriate for couples in severe emotional distress, those experiencing emotional abuse or domestic violence, those with active addictions, or those with serious mental health problems in one or both partners.

Anyone is invited. You do not have to be part of our church or any church.

This workshop is based on the research of Dr. John Gottman. Pastor Elizabeth Schindler is a trained Gottman Leader in the Seven Principles Couples Program.
