Giving, and giving to the church, is a grateful response to God’s love in our lives. As Christians and Methodists, we are called to respond to God’s grace and love in our lives by living generously, which includes giving prayers, presence, finances, time, talents, and witness. A generous life follows John Wesley’s admonition to “give all you can.” We are generous because we follow Jesus in the way of generosity.
